Cosmosine Labs LLC builds applied AI, software and physical products, for itself and for clients. This page explains what information we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website and applies generally across our products; each application also publishes its own policy describing anything specific to it.
This website
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site. We do not collect personal information from visitors, and we do not build profiles of the people who read it. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested and when) for security and reliability. We do not use them for marketing or to identify visitors.
If you write to us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add correspondents to mailing lists.
Our applications
Every application we publish carries its own privacy policy on its store listing and inside the app. Where an application collects nothing, its policy says so plainly rather than reserving rights we do not exercise.
Applications we design for children are built to collect no personal information at all. They contain no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics, and no account system, and they are designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
Client projects
When a client shares data with us for a project, we use it only for that project. We keep it encrypted in storage and in transit, limit access to the people working on the project, and never use it to train models for anyone else or share it beyond what the client has agreed. When the work ends, we return or delete it, as the client chooses.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not use personal information to train models.
We disclose information only where the law requires it, and we will say so publicly where we are permitted to.
Your requests
Write to admin@cosmosine.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer these requests regardless of where you live, and we aim to reply within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle information already collected, we will update the date above and describe the change here rather than quietly replacing the text.
